I recently bought a DJI Phantom 4 pro. Have three batteries but only 1 works others don't charge. Looks like they were left uncharged for about a year. Any recommendations how to get them back in operational order? I have a bench top lab power supply. Was thinking of applying 15 volts at 1-2 amps for an hour and seeing if that kicks it back into gear. But want to check first if that's a good way of doing it or if I'm missing something else....

batteries go into hibernation mode if left to discharge, battery killer does some of them such as the spark and mini batteries not sure if it does the p4 bats though my video guide has the software

Had a similar situation once. Picked up a P4 RTK at estate sale; one battery, was sitting in a box for few years. Would not charge at first. Took it apart, and resurrected cell by cell. All was well, flew it almost all summer. Then one day about 3 min into the flight, a fully charged battery suddenly went to 50% then to 10% right away. Barely landed it safely. Upon retrieval, checked voltage, one cell went bad. Got a new battery. Reasoned its not worth the risk of losing the entire aricraft to save $60. Just my 2c.

Agreed. It's not worth the risk sometimes. I only use 'questionable' batteries for bench testing.....no props.

If a battery quits mid flight,........... GRAVITY takes over instantly. 🫪
