remote won't connect when Go Fly is activated

Just turned on my new Phantom 4 Pro Plus. Connected my remote to the phantom, then it asked me to update it. So I did, but now my remote won't connect when Go Fly is activated. This is the warning I get.. Can someone help me out with this ?

Wow Thank you It worked! I tried to fix this for 4 hours last night and I chatted to DJI support and they didn't tell me this. They have horrible Customer service we all know that they must do something about their Customer service!
