I have an issue recording video (typically 3.8K and 4K) on my new Phantom 3 SE. When I hit the record button, the recording does not start, the recording button greys out and apparently the gimball disconnects. It can only be accessed again after a full restart of the drone.
I'm using a Sandisk SD-card (working just fine on my Spark) with the right specs.
I'v attached a video of the phenomenom.
I've asked support of DJI, they first asked to calibrate the IMU (seemed weird to me and obviously didn't solve anything). Now they're asking me to send the drone for repair. I'm a little reluctant in doing some.
Does anybody have some idea/suggestions ?
