RC ---> UAV transmission problems

I'm having problems with connecting RC to UAV.
It usually fires up quickly and the rear leds are blinking slow green, but then it keeps disconnecting and connecting on and off. This goes on for a couple of minutes then it connects properly.
I've had four short flights with the P3 and I've never lost signal while in flight.
I know that wifi-dropouts can happen in the computer world but the dropout rate I've experienced lately during startup doesn't seem normal . . . or is it?

I’m very new to this and I don’t know if it will help you but I was continuing today having disconnected aircraft I went back on my iPhone and I put the tab away for the Settings after I did that I didn’t have anymore problems

I took it out in front of the house and it connected in a matter of seconds. Might be the wifi inside that upsets it.
