I'm using a Galaxy Tab A (10") with the most recent firmware. I thought I had problems connecting to the bird. That wasn't the problem. The problem is unreliable connection between the tablet and controller.
I downloaded Samsung File Transfer Utility app. I think running that in the background may have helped, but it may just be the placebo effect. I've tried powering up the controller, then the GO app. if they connect there is no problem connecting to the bird. I've tried other power-on sequences. No dice.
Sometimes everything works great. Other times it's a big PIA.
When it connects everything works perfectly. Stable, uninterupted video at a distance of over 12,000 ft. No dropouts whatsoever, either of control or video.
I've searched for the answer, what I found was a whole bunch of worthless conflicting information, What I do know is that this is a common problem. Anyone have a solution?
Thanks,
Rich
