Hello all, I´m 100% new on this area. I´m looking to buy a Phantom 2 so I can attach a multispec camera (150gr), but before I want to make sure I´ll be able to use it for my purpose. My big question is, can I draw the power the camera needs from the P2? The camera works with 5w. It´s self triggering, so that´s all I need to be able to do. Any video, tutorial, or whatever will be very very appreciated!

There really isn't a spare power source or dedicated 'tap' to be had.
However you could add a regulator to the battery distribution terminals and obtain power this way.

This prevents any issues caused by trying to use the on-board 5.5vdc which is used by the FC and other equipment.
Best to add a fuse and other cautions as well. Any in-flight problems could lead to abrupt loss of power and flight.
