I have an email into DJI support but I thought I would ask here as well. When I fly the Phantom4 pro+, if I am close by I have no issues, I can record video or switch to camera mode and take photo’s. All seems fine but when I get 250 Meters (approximately) away from the drone. Once I do one camera function
thats all I get. If I start to recored It does take that and begin recording only I can’t stop it once it starts. I get video feed to my display perfectly fine, I can tilt the camera up and down. I can continue to fly the drone anyway I would like but, I can’t stop the recording of the video until I fly all the way back and power the drone and controller off and restart. Even when I fly back to within 5 to 10 meters of the remote I still can’t control the camera function unless I power everything off and restart.
I am using the newest firmware from April 12th and I also reconnected my control to the Phantom.
