Phantom motors won't engage when I hit throttles to fly.

I have a Phantom 1.1 that I have flown successfully for 6 months. I haven't flown it in a while, so I took it out recently and fired it up. Everything appeared normal during startup and GPS activation. However, when I hit the throttles and try to take off, the motors do not engage. I've taken it apart to check cables and everything is intact. I also hooked it up to my PC to check the remote and to run motor tests. Everything appears to be working fine. I just can't figure out what is preventing the Phantom motors from engaging when I'm trying to fly it.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

Try calibrating the controller. Do both the sticks and the switches (and gimbal control if you have it).
Do this from the Phantom/Naza Assistant SW.
If anything doesn't behave right, then do this also from the RC Assistant SW, then repeat on the Phantom/Naza Assistant.

did you forget to do a CSC to start up the motors? ;)
