Hello, i tried today to use my dji phantom 1 and i couldnt take off at all. Gps light was green indicating its locked to the satellites, then i gave throttle to it and full power (rotors was fully spinning) but it didnt do anything not even 1cm lift off.
What might be the issue? is it a common issue that i might changed something by mistake or maybe the motors may have any issues?
Please advice me on how to fix this
Thank you!

Is the location you are trying to fly close to an airport?

In announcing what it calls “No Fly Zones” safety modifications, China-based DJI Innovations will modify software that provides satellite GPS guidance for its highly popular ‘Phantom’ series.

The DJI Phantom will be unable to take off within a 2.4-kilometre radius of the designated airport

The props are installed correctly (according to rotation)?

Or if you've had the lid off, is it back on correctly...

yes everything works like normal, i do the normal take off procedure locking gps etc but it just doesnt take off, rotors are fully spinning but its just like its glued on the ground.. rotors goes full speed but doesnt take off,i think its a software issue. i know it doesnt take off without gps working fine but mine locks all satellites and does not take off

The motors spin and are pushing air in the right direction?

I've never heard of GPS limiting thrust to below lift-off requirements.

How much does the quad weigh?

@N017RW Thanks, the propellers were spinning in the wrong direction hehe i changed to carbon ones 2 days ago and instead of pushing air down it was pushing up :) so it was glued on the ground !! thanks all
