Phantom 4 won't start

Kindly help, done the registration, downloaded the Shi go on my Samsung J5 but the app won' show phantom 4 and even the phantom 3 only show 'how to connect' as opposed to 'camera'. Rather stuck! Could it be my phone or missing some stage. Kindly help
