freinds today i purchased brand new phantom 4 but there is issue with remote control its not charging . can i get any solution for it

How are you attempting to charge the remote controller? What happens when you attempt to charge it?

If it not charging at all, you could open up the remote and disconnect battery connection and reconnect. Others have success doing this.
Bring it back where you got it from.
Do NOT open it. That is voiding your warranty.
That’s a known issue. Could even be your brand new drone is a return and sold as new.

I just handed in my second RC for this very issue. Starts charging but stops after the first white blinking LED. It never charges more than 20% and drains incredibly fast (less than 10 minutes). Pretty disapponted with the quality now.
