dji phantom 3 pro gimbal board is off, I tried to check the normal 12v voltage, for 3v 5v it doesn't exist ... please help sir, what components should I replace ... thanks for the help.

Here you can find a list of components, with their datasheets.
That list includes Buck Converters which are used to generate 5V from 12V, and then lower voltages required by the chips from 5V.

Some people did that. Though none cared to prepare a detailed guide.
You need to desolder at least one zero ohm resistor and re-solder it in different orientation to route the video from Ambarella to the USB which connects to OFDM board. And you need to change the firmware. I can't remember much more, but this was discussed in public posts, so you should find at least a few more details if you search.
