Hey guys and gals. I'm at a bit of a loss right now with my Phantom 3 Professional. I've had maybe 10-15 flights and made a few videos with it. Love the drone, but havn't used it in about 6 months. Long story short, went to start her up last week and couldn't get my phone to get into camera mode on the app. I can't get the app to work at all or recognise the drone. The controller can control the gimbal, i just cant take off. I can't upgrade the drone AT ALL :-$ it's all very frustrating and i basically have a perfect condition P3 Pro sitting here that can't fly! I just got off online support with DJI, and ill post the transcript below. Needless to say it didn't go very well....
Any ideas here would be more than welcome. Even if anyones had to send theres back to base for a repair?

ok, well shipping was about $200AU from memory last time i had an issue with my Phantom 2. Parts will be a bit too. I can just buy another one here for $700...The reason why i turned it on was because i was getting ready to sell it and buy a mavic....but i probably wont be doing that now. this doesnt give me much confidence in dji sorry.

2.Enter the root directory of the SD card, then find the hidden folder MISC and enter it. There is LOG folder in it.
3.The LOG txt file is under the LOG folder.

ok, well shipping was about $200AU from memory last time i had an issue with my Phantom 2. Parts will be a bit too. I can just buy another one here for $700...The reason why i turned it on was because i was getting ready to sell it and buy a mavic....but i probably wont be doing that now. this doesnt give me much confidence in dji sorry.
