Phantom 3 Gimbal Cocked to the Side

Hello,

My gimbal is cocked to the side on startup as seen in the pics. When I fly it, the gimbal flops all over the place. The set screw is tight and lined up with the shank pin in the flat spot. Not sure what the deal is here.... camera still works fine but it’s got the right leg in the picture. I would appreciate any insight on how to correct this.
