I have my Phantom 3 on order and was looking to download the Phantom Assistant Software. I do not see it anywhere. Do you use the P2+ version?

No, it's all done with the iOS or android app.

Everything (excluding firmware updates on the Phantom & R/C) is done in the DJI Pilot application now:
