Please photos in dropbox

The copper stands(or whatever you call it) in the motor seems to be a bit loose aka not perfectly like the other motors.

Is this anything i should be concerned about?

Also sometimes when i start the propellers, the one motor takes a split second longer to start then the rest? Is that normal?

I have upload some pics to dropbox for you to see

Thanks in advance

Doesn't look healthy. If it's a new Phantom check with who you bought it from... especially if there are issues like delay startup.

Taking a split second to start is somewhat normal. For some reason or other there seems to be, in my 3 Phantoms experience, and other owners one motor that has more friction than the others. It is due to poor tolerances in the motors. There is a brass spacer at the bottom of the motors that can be removed and sanded down to relieve the friction in most cases. The problem is with the motor design it does not wear-in as one would expect.
