Phantom 2 Error Light Code (after crash)

I've gone through the light codes in my manual, and can't seem to figure this one out. Here's a video of what it looks like. What does it mean?

Also, is there diagnostic software I can download that will let me know what this means? I downloaded some software from the DJI website but it doesn't seem to have diagnostic tools. Thanks in advance for any help.

To be able to use the rc assistant you have to open up the transmitter and plug the usb cable in to the board inside it.

Im not 100 sure but I think that the LED is telling you the sticks are way out of calibration. and try runing the calibration in the rc assistant once its pluged in and see if that makes it go away.
