Phantom 1.1.1 & Zenmuse Info

Hoping someone can firm some 'simple' info up for me.
I'm trying to work out exactly what i need to fit the Zenmuse gimbal to my phantom (v 1.1.1)
looked around on forums and emailed sellers but looking for concrete info, so here i am.

one seller tells me.
"The V2 PMU is also required if you want to use the new DJI Zenmuse H3-2D gimbal with a Naza-M Version 1 system (this inlucdes the DJI Phantom), if you already have a Naza V2 you do not need it"

I have the Naza V2 so i dont need it?

Another tells me all i need is the phantom upgrade board to be able to use it.
Another says with the v1.1.1 and Nava V2 it is plug and play straight out of the box...

I'm guessing if i understand everything correctly its not actually plug and play, I don't need the V2 PMU but i do need to get the upgrade board?
Just wanted to avoid paying for something I don't need.

You are correct. You need the upgrade board to use the Zenmuse.
You can install the PMU V2 instead but this means you need to use the Zenmuse GCU too, which means more weight.

Simplest way is to install the upgrade board.
