P4P repair- DJI or authorized DGI repair center

[DD-Drones]

I have 2 P4Ps that are out of warranty and need repairs. Both drones need repair to the landing struts and one also has a malfunctioning gimble. Looking for feedback as to whether send them back to DJI for repair or use a US Authorized DJI repair center. Opinions and experience would be appreciated.

I have used DJI twice for repairs and my experience was really good. The longest wait was the transit time getting the drone to them and then having it returned

Thanks, for the reply. I sent one P4P to DJI. The DJI communication repair service has been good and I will get my drone back this week - total time out and back 2 1/2 weeks. Repair was to the landing supports and gimble.

I sent the other P4P to DJIDroneService.com the same day and am still waiting for a notice the repair has been completed. It had similar damage (landing arms and gimble). Repair communication not as good.
