P4P Pro+ V2

I have been in contact with DJI and really have not received a definitive response from them. They state the screen that comes with the pro plus does allow third-party apps to be installed. The latest firmware version now allows this. They will not, however, provide any sort of instructions or details as to what apps work and which apps do not work. They actually stated they don’t guarantee any apps will work.Does anyone have any experience in this area? Can I install DroneDeploy, precision mapper, pix4D, etc. on this remote display or should I just stick with an iOS device?

FYI dronedeploy currently doesn't work with the v2.0 ( Phantom 4 pro v2.0) shouldn't be too long looking at the linked thread.

I wasn't awre DJI were allowing 3rd party access to the Pro plus screen, recently bought the non plus version because of this :-(

I did know that much....looks like it will be ready anytime. I did verify with them and they will be supporting it.

I’m specifically asking about the pro plus screen...after reading around it seems there are a lot of problems and it’s a real POS and probably better just sticking with iOS devices. Was hoping someone had real world experience installing third party apps to see if they are reliable and actually work correctly.

DJI is of no help, surprise surprise.
