P4P Crack on Landing Gear and SD Card Error

HI, I have a P4P and theres is a crack on the landing gear, haven't had any accidents or crashes, would this be warrantied? Even with ought a recipet?

I keep getting an SD Card error for some reason, they are two lexars, but one lear works perfectly fine, anyone else?
