P4A Gimbal Replacement

My gimbal is completely gone; limp and no movement at all.

Does anyone know where I get a gimbal spare part for a Phantom 4?

That's pretty vague. A replacement new is going to run you $700-800, a used one is around $400-460. A repair is probably going to be significantly less than that, especially if it's just a damaged cable.

Depends on what it comes with. Probably around $300.

You are probably much better off sending it to a repair shop, and having them fix it. It might be as simple as a cable or a board, which would be cheaper than a full-on replacement. Also, make sure to try refreshing the firmware install.
