P4 Unstable / erratic flight

Hi,
My brand new P4 is very unstable in flight?

Gains height, loses height, drifts, when panning across a roof top from 15ft above it gained height as I panned?
Flying in P mode, compass calibrated - 16 satellites...
Any ideas?
Quite unnerving.
My P3 was far more stable

Try calibrate the compass and camera sensor

Also do a IMU calibration from cold on a flat surface.
