Well I'm guessing it will no longer be possible to hand catch the P4 Pro....as I am used to doing with my P3A. If the obstacle avoidance sensors cause the drone to stop before a collision occurs, and as I have seen on a video the hovering P4 Pro will back away from a person it has flown towards if that person walks towards the drone....any comments guys?

ive been hand catching the p4p's since the day i got it. no issues there. grab it at an angle

I've seen videos of people hand catching the P4P. And, if you're worried about the sensors interfering, you could catch it from one of the sides.

Yep. If you catch it from the side, the sensors will not detect you.

Also, you can turn off backward flying so that is no problem in itself. That is one option I have never used, and I can't see me starting any time soon.

Here's another good tutorial
