P4 on Litchi mission won't exceed 28.8 km/h

I set up a Litchi mission to fly at 50 km/h, but it won't fly above 28.8 km/h. What dumb thing must I be doing wrong?

Never mind -- I found it. The max speed was set at 28.8 km/h.
