P4 can't maintain altitude, it keeps climbing

Dear members
As I took my P4 for a flight today, I noticed that it kept climbing at a slow rate therefore and in order to maintain my footage I had to compensate by maintaining the collective stick slightly down. It was hard.
Upon landing, I noticed that my home altitude was -70!
Of course I did an extensive pre-flight check including calibration and physical checkup.
The weather was windy and cold with clouds.
Any ideas?

I would calibrate the controller. I'd also calibrate the IMU.

Thanks Mark for your reply.
I did follow the recommendations and did both calibrations. Once I started hovering unnoticed that the aircraft is increasing in altitude, i left it for 5 minutes hovering and grouchy it down. The altimeter shows -10.
I forgot to mention earlier that the aircraft had an accident with 3 Crows attacking it. It crash landed from 6m high.
Gimbal+compass were replaced.
