p3p simulator update

seeing as i got no replies, i still cant get the simulator to work on samsung galaxy s7 or samsung galaxy tab s. so tried my son's iphone 6s and voila works without problems, so i guess it might just be an android thing.

Worked on my S7 and currently works on my Note 9 just fine

Works on my Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2" and S7 Edge.
