P3advanced videofeed not showing in app, and app showing wrong drone!?

hi guys, i need some help on my phantom 3 advanced. app tells me im running dji proffesional and its not giving me any video feed. the signal is strong, i can fly the drone and move the gimball. i have tried pretty much anything now.
like:
- changing usb card.
- make sure i have the right update
-swapped to a new SD card.
-checked ribbon cables on gimball
-i have the newest updates( this problem ocurred with it)
-updated each battery
-tried swapping to other supported mobile deviced(android/apple)
and porbably alot more that i cant think of right now.
if anyone has any idea of whats going on, leave me a comment! thanks

What FW file did you use for the update? Also what FW is on your controller?
You can try rebinding the controller to the aircraft.

used the file that was on the official dji site for the advanced. i have linked the controller once after the update cause it didnt connect. wich was weird. was the first time i had to do that after an update. the files name is:V01.11.0020. ill try relink the controller. remote version is 1.9.2

 

[Neon Euc]

Try this approach in this order

1) turn on drone
2) turn on controller
3) DONT launch app
4) plug USB into rc THEN phone
5) should automatically open app

Make sure you HAVE NOT set DJI go as "default app"

That's the only way I can launch it.

tried re-linking the drone with the remote. and did neon Euc startup with no luck
