P34K Controller Selfdischarging?

Controller won't turn on or charge. No Led's. Had this problem once before which resolved after charging and leaving it alone for a day. This time I noticed that the P3 is showing up in my wifi on my phone, and can connect to it even though no led's on the controller. Sounds like a bad on off switch causing my controller to self discharge occasionally? Thoughts?

Probably teh switch, mechanical or electronic somehow. Its still transmitting on wifi even though I've done the switching off routine.

It sounds like it's charging ok as you can see by its still xmitting it's wifi. Correct?

So its gotta be in the switching system. How can turn it off short of taking it apart. I still have two months on my warranty, so I guess it has to go in.
