Hi everyone

Just want some concrete answers regarding OEM DJI props for P3A.
I've searched through the forum and also on Google.
There's basically 3 types:

9450(which I understand are just the dimensions and are the stock ones that come with the P3):
DJI 9450 Self-Tightening Propeller Set for Phantom CP.PT.000195

9450L(supposely light version):
DJI 9450L Not Thrust Boosted 9" CP.EP.000050 B&H Photo

Thrust boosted:
DJI 9450 Thrust Boosted 9" Self-Tightening CP.EP.000044 B&H

1. Can I use any of them on the P3?

2. Can I mix and match 9450 and 9450L? Are they really lighter?

3. Thrust boosted version seems dearer. Anyone have experience with these?

So before I hit the checkout button, let me know what you guys think.

Thanks again

last two u listed say for phantom 2 I would only use dji original props for your bird

just looked go with first one you listed

yep read it would still only go with ones for p3 only tho just my 2 cents

There are three types of 9450 props:
  • Composite prop with a metal hub (for use on the P2 only)
  • Composite prop with a composite hub (for use on the P2 or P3)
  • Carbon fiber reinforced with a composite hub (for use on the P2 or P3)
You can find a complete list of available 9450 props here.

It is not recommended to use metal hub props on the P3. They will fit, but you shouldn't do it. The OEM P3 props are perfection so there is no need to get anything else. Carbon fiber props are not any type of mystical item either. I personally don't recommend them. Plain ole stock P3 props are the best you can get.

That's all I need to know.
And thanks to others that have contributed.
