P2 assistance software not recognizing h3-3d gimbal after doing reset on gimbal

    I have reset my gimbal numerous times and get the red/amber light but when I open the assistance software the gimbal is not on the updates tab. It has worked a couple times in the past but not anymore. Any suggestion why this is happening?
