Getting a bit more comfortable with flying long distances. Took #1 P3S to about 5300' this evening. I put on a cheap little store bought antenna. Not sure if it helped, but it certainly didn't hurt.

Lo and behold, I was able to calibrate the compass on #1. Wonders never cease. :) First try, too! As some of you know from reading my other blather, I've always had difficulty calibrating the compass and finally gave up. Figured I'd give it a try, and there it was. Gotta love it when something actually works. I think I've only updated the firmware on it once(?), so I don't seem to be having all the grief others are posting about.
