Noobie with Phantom 2 - first steps

Hello folks,

Last week i bough a phantom 2 plus h3-3h gimble. I bought it really cheep but like i see i need to fix a few problems.
First question - i can only move the gimble in one direction only on Y, i dont know how to move it on X. The seller told me that now it can't do that but didnt say anything how to fix it.
Secound question - i wasthat the pins of the gimble must be replaced. More of the are moving. I order 10 new but dont know hot to fix the problem.

And like you know i think here is the controller for the gimble.

And i found another problem - i can connect both of devices with my lap top (i use win 7).
Both of them are not recognised.

If i try to connect them with my mac ( macOs - ElCapitan ) will be easier or??

I use windows 7 for mine so not sure why yours wont work

I think there is a driver issue, research here for possible fix.
