No Wifi signal-Phantom or extender?

I went out to fly the other day and could not pick up a video signal on the P2V+. After trying in different locations, since there is strong interference around my house, I still cannot receive any wifi connection. Phantom responds to controls, but no video and no wifi detected.
Is it an extender problem or a problem with the Phantom?

Run a wifi analyzer/scanner program on your mobile device and look for networks that have a MAC address that starts with "60:60:1F". You should see two: one with a name (the extender) and one without (the camera). If you don't see them, then you've got an issue.
