No connection with ipad

Hello.

I have a Phantom 3 Pro. When I go into the DJi app in my ipad mini and click "Camera" I'm not able to see the camera and all the information. Can somebody help me?

Did it used to work?

Link light status on remote, Link light status on Phantom.

Your picture shows your Phantom is not connected to the remote.

It’s just most common with the P3P and it’s added 4K components. It’s often due to overheating of the gimbal top (main) board since that fan on top of it is not much more than decorative and internal heat dissipation (heatsinks, etc) are lacking. That’s why we suggest over and over to always have a fan blowing on it if it’s powered up but not flying. During a long FW update or using the sim as examples.

Yes, that’s another too common issue. It works perfectly the last time used, is put away for some length of time be it weeks or months, and then it doesn’t work. So many threads have started with, “It worked fine the last time I used it, then...” Very frustrating.
