No Camera/Gimbal view on my phone

I am a new drone owner (Phantom 3 Standard) and only had it for a few days. It was working fine when I was using it in the beginners mode. Once I opened it up to standard mode, the camera and gimbal stopped working on my phone and control box. Do I need to return it for replacement or store credit?

Help!!!

I was going to ask you if you had any details, then I went and looked at your first post :rolleyes: ;)

So,
#1 did you try it put it back in beginners mode?
#2 Reinstall the app?
#3 do you get Telemetry?
#4 can you tell how much is on the Sd card, using the app?
#5 can your format the SD card?
#6 sill using the same mobile device?
#7 no crashes, no factors in timing other than changing it out of beginners mode?

Thanks for your feedback. I tried all of the above and even used my Sons iphone (I have a droid) with no help. In the picture below, it doesn't show any ability to get either a picture or video.
