No camera feed or light.

Phantom 3 std. No camera feed on dji go app. No light on camera. Can't upgrade because it doesn't read SIM card presence. Drone flyable. GPS works. Just no camera link at all.
Any suggestions?

No light on camera.

Possible causes:
- The whole camera & gimbal module does not get power
- The whole thing gets power, but buck converter for Ambarella (which controls the LED) is damaged
- The buck converter works, but power is not transferred correctly through flat film cabe
- Ambarella pipeline (the chip itself, or NAND memory chip, ore RAM chip) is damaged

Start by checking voltage on power pins near Ambarella:
o-gs/dji-firmware-tools

Thanks for the reply. When i power up the drone the gimble cycles properly but I have no light or gimble control.

If gimbal gets power, then the issue is not caused by ESC Center Board.

I had the same problem and sadly had to buy new gimble and camera now works great
