No any devices found during firmware resintallation

I have several issues on my bird, no any crash, just happen suddenly
Then unsuccessfully tried to reinstall firmware with micro sd card dozens times but after check log file
I noticed that firmware re-installation got frozen right before version checking:

If I saw "00.00.0000" in my log, I would assume an issue during the update process and the currently installed FW could not be determined. The first thing I would check would be that the cables connected to the gimbal / camera were well seated. I might even disconnect them and then reseat them just to be sure. Then I would try again to see if that helped.

Appreciated your answer, in fact, I re-installed checked the ribbon cable but did not fix the issue, I was thinking that if the sd card it's being read and written then the problem of not recognize the firmware nor devices should be somewhere else, don't know exactly where.
