Thanks for that advise, mainly because the battery that I am using is not an original DJI as my original would no longer charge. I am actually trying to prep it for sale, and that's why I was looking to upgrade the firmware, at least it would be up to date.If your Phantom 3 Pro flies smoothly and films footage as it should, there is no reason to accept a firmware download for such an old platform.
I own a P3P, a P3 Standard, and several older Mavics but have been careful to side-step every single firmware upgrade suggested by DJI Go and DJI Go4 over the years, with no adverse effects thus far knock on wood. Most DJI firmware updates apply even more drastic drone flying restrictions while offering NO tangible benefits to the performance of the drone or its camera.

So I haven't flown my phantom 3 pro in a couple years. It worked fine when I put it away. It has no video feed and won't take off or anything. I went to DJI and updated to the only thing on the website for p3p (1.11.20). I can't get the remote to update. so, I have the aircraft with 1.11.20 and controller with 1.9.3. It wont fly and still has no video feed. Please help. I've tried downgrading and upgrading threw the app and with an SD card. Thank you in advance for any help. Thanks for that advise, mainly because the battery that I am using is not an original DJI as my original would no longer charge.
