I'm a newbie with a Phantom 4 Pro. I have a question about the Drone Laws in UK. I have seen the http://dronesafe.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Dronecode.pdf which states you cannot fly more than 500m away, or 400 *feet* above (120m). I also note that you *must* keep your drone in VLOS at all times (unaided). However i've seen an exemption at ORS4 No.1226: Small Unmanned Aircraft - First Person View (FPV) Flying which seems to cover FPV drones (like the 4Pro) which says you are allowed to fly upto 1000ft?
I would welcome any feedback on this, as i want to be safe and legal when operating.
