New to p3 4k, what app do I download?

I've gone into my wifi on my phone, picked 'Other Network', under "Network Name" I've put "Phantom3_Oe3ed4" hit "join" and I get "could not find network Phantom_Oe3ed4"

OK where it got phantom Oe3ed4 that's not password that just showing it conect to that model,just try the 12341234 and press conect button,

yes I tried the 12341234 with the Dragonite link.
I also tried the Phantom3_Oe3ed4 as a network and it says can't find.
I am doing what everyone is saying, still nothing yet

Just throw this in aswell,,seems another way to reset password I was just reading

I would simply try 12341234 with the Dragonite wifi network you see on your phone. If it doesnt work, I would look into resetting the SSID and password to factory defaults.

If it does work, don't be alarmed if you see a message that says "No Internet Connection" or something like that. That's normal since you are not trying to connect to the internet but you are trying to connect to your RC. This is by far the most asked question of Phantom owners with wifi (no cable) models.

Well then as I noted I would try to reset the SSID and password to defaults. Follow the instructions already posted by msinger to do the reset, and then post back here with the results if you dont mind.

Was able to contact seller and he gave me the password.

Be very careful about new firmware on your quad!!!! It overheated my camera circuit board!!!
Camera works but does not send image to my tablet.
(Phantom 3 Pro 4k) 2016 model

I think you have 2 choices reset to factory spec, or contact the person you bought it from and ask about the password. good luck. you might find you tube videos on how to reset to factory specs.
