Having flown RC planes for years I got the drone bug so picked up a Phantom 3 Advanced with a big Nanuk 950 case - wanted this case but now not sure I'll do with it 
. Watched many videos then solo'd it today. Way fun! And this forum in the past few hours has already answered my newbie questions - can I kill the motors in flight while descending with the left stick - nope! Why won't the Return to Home feature work right - mine just goes down and lands....ahah, I was too close to my Home point that's what it does! A little reading on here and I'm off to a good start to enjoy and use this thing vs "flying it" or worrying about it. Glad to have yet another hobby.
