New firmware / software 7th Sep - First impressions

I'm not too concerned with flying the route first, its nice as you are sure you won't hit anything but the video does not show much in relation to controlling the camera. I would quite like the camera to mode to be set to that it can record camera direction and pitch at each point and when moving from one point to another slowly move the camera to the next point. Almost like the SOLOs cable cam.
Its a good start though so looking forward to it.
Only hoping that when the next Phantom model is released these modes are supported from day 1 and we don't have to wait 4 months for them.

Downloaded the new app for my samsung with android. Still nothing for the IOS. can anyone confirm that new software has to be uploaded on the p3p and not only the dji app.
2.7k is not 3840x2160. It's 2704x1524 in 16:9 which from what I can tell is the only aspect ratio it offers at that resolution.

Oh Wait I did buy the Pro sorry forget about it.

Some mite shoot in 16:9 for visual abstract ratios and enhance the ulterior perspective of eye stimulation that interacts with brain recognition when observing.
Or 4:3 if they want to feel they are watching reruns of Moving on up.

The DJI GO APP has been updated for Android you can get that now, we are waiting on the Firmware now.No update here in the UK as of yet, is it supposed to be here already?
I know my Android GO app is due for an update.

Thank you, I appreciate the knowledge. So what is 4096x2160, I thought that was the 4K, what the difference between the 4096x2160 and 3840x2160 (which I thought was 2.7K
) if they are both 4KAnd which would you normally use between the two 4K if using the pro. Thanks in advance

I havent read much above but I cant see any firmware upgrades on dji site for p3 or my Dji Go app for Ipad. Is there a link I can redirect to? Thanks
Website must be getting hit really good right now since it is not letting me download the new update...
