New firmware caused my shell to crack !

Ok update on this.

I contacted DJI EU support.
The arranged for UPS to pick up last week, got to Holland on the 23rd December.
Had notification yesterday that they are doing repair free of charge and hopefully sending back later this week.

So far very impressed with level of service.
