"Network Failure" when trying to login to dji.com

When I try to log on to may account I get the message: "Network Failure" This appears below the "Verification" box after I enter my E-mail, password, and CAPTCHA information. This is kinda a big deal for me now because I'm trying to log on to enter an online repair request after my P4P fell out of the sky Monday.

I was just able to log on via Google instead of using my E-mail and password.
