Hello all,

I run a paranormal investigation team and we own a Phantom 3 advanced. We have a modified gopro camera that can see infrared light for night photography. Does anyone know of any mounting options we can look into to mount this gopro on the phantom without removing the main camera etc?

Thanks in advance

Ive seen Gopro mounts that are stickied to the top of the quad, you could also maybe 3d print a bracket to attach it to the leg.

Be careful about mounting anything to the top. That is where the GPS receiver is. That could cause the Phantom to fly away to a novice. There isn’t much room to mount anything there, because of the props. You could put a brace across the legs behind the camera to mount a GoPro. You would have a reverse view. It would work and be balanced for smoother flying. Use the drone camera for the main flying and flip it around and fly with the ir camera.
