Hey guys, was reviewing footage when I spotted this 'thing' swimming across the river. So I made a little video in hopes that someone might be able to tell what it is - cuz I sure as heck don't know!

It's not a physical thing swimming.
Was the sun behind your Phantom?

Moving too fast and disappears too abruptly to be anything other than a lens flare or my mother-in-law out for her morning swim. I can't be sure which.
