If that's the last flight, it looks like it may not have "flew off" but at an altitude of 3.5 feet, it could have been taken down the highway by a truck or car.

Those three flights aren't the problem flight you described.
If those three are the only flight records on your tablet it's going to be very difficult to get much further.
It's very unusual to have no record for a flight, even when things go wrong.

If you can work out something with the other record, even if it's just adding the file as an attachment here, we might be able to help but without information from the problem flight there's not much anyone can do.

If you can come up with a record from your last flight, that can be investigated by DJI and a replacement given if it shows a problem due to malfunction.
Without the final flight record we can't help you here and DJI will do probably nothing.

Those flights are all from October 30th. Are you sure you exported all of the logs from iTunes?

yes that is all I only hade it for 4 days

How many flights did you actually make? When did those flights take place?
