David, nobody's turning on you. It's just that when someone posts on here and they're offered very specific instructions and they fail to respond at all for several days, it appears as though they weren't really looking for help. Nobody can really help without your flight logs, including DJI. Without the logs, how do they know you didn't just sell it to someone else or you flew it into a volcano or your wife put it in the garbage, etc. Watch the video Msinger posted and follow his instructions to a T. I'll bet you'll find your logs and Msinger or someone else here can tell you what went wrong. If there's no evidence of pilot error in the logs then you have a much better chance of getting a free replacement. Without the logs, your claim to DJI is toast. You might even find a local drone repair shop that could help you retrieve your logs. Ipads, in particular, are funny things when it comes to log retrieval. If you don't do it EXACTLY as instructed, they appear to be missing. Watch the video, please. I, for one, am quite curious about the cause. If you can post the logs (they're there somewhere), one of the smarter-than-me guys here can probably determine exactly what went askew. Everyone here is willing to help but you have to do exactly what they tell you to do and you have to report back fairly frequently. You're only giving us vague answers and not giving us anything to work with. To quote a friend (and I want to slap him silly every time he says this), "Help us help you."
