My P4 advanced disconnects in between flights

Hello Phantom friends,
I am owning a P4A since last 1 month. I Installed the P4A as per procedure, calibrated rc/gimbal/aircraft as usual. But after flying 2-3 minutes and at a height of about 50 m my P4 disconnects, flashing rc signals week. It then automatically comes at RTH mode and starts descending . Then it reconnects again and this loop of connecting and disconnecting continues. I have also updated rc and aircraft many times but all in vain. I currectly have the following versions:
GO4 APP 4.2.20
AIRCRAFT 01.00.0123
RC 02.01.01.00
Can anyone help please..???

Is this always in the same exact location of flying? Or, has this happened no matter where you go?

No Sir, I have tried it at two different location but the problem persists at both location. Now I am planning to change my samsung phone. Let us see if there is something positive.
